Dressed in 20th century garb, Joe Becton sings and plays traditional instruments (guitar and harmonica) as he takes participants on a walk through American history and music from W.C. to BB King. He traces the styles of music developed by Africans in America and the collision of cultures that created the music we call  BLUES !!

   Stands for Libraries of    Gloucester/Salem Information Network.   Login is a group of public, school and academic libraries in Gloucester and Salem Counties that share their resources through a computerized catalog.   Click on the Login icon to get to the Card Catalog.  There you can look for library materials owned by members in the consortium.  If you are a Deptford Library card holder, be sure to click on DPL for Deptford's holdings.  You will then need to choose a field (Title, Author, etc).   If you are Placing a Hold be sure to click on DPL for your pickup point if you want to pick up at Deptford.  You are also able to review your account and renew if your card is in good standing.
